TITAN® Bulk Emulsion Blends

Dyno Nobel has a full line of bulk explosive products for both surface and underground, including hot and reactive ground applications.

Using our DYNOBULK® MPUs, in surface applications, TITAN emulsion can be blended with ANFO to deliver product with varying bulk strengths and gas volume during detonation.

Heavy ANFO is delivered to the blasthole utilising an high discharge capacity auger. For increased water resistance in wet blastholes, a high emulsion matrix product is utilised delivered by a pump and hose to the toe of the borehole.

In Underground, TITAN emulsion in conjunction with our DYNOMINER® system, delivers variable density TITAN emulsion in development headings, or uphole and downhole stoping.

Bulk Explosive product selection is the first priority in blasting. Our DYNOCONSULT® team can assist you in evaluation of geology, rock type, water, energy partitioning and design parameters (including fragmentation and muck pile profile) to optimise your bulk explosive selection.

TITAN® 2000 Matrix Blend Series

For use in medium to large diameter open cut mining applications. TITAN 2000 matrix may be blended with ANFO to make Heavy ANFO or gas sensitised blends.

TITAN® 3000 Matrix Blend Series

For use in small to medium diameter open cut hard rock mining applications. TITAN 3000 matrix provides superior energy and sensitivity.

TITAN® 5000 Matrix Blend Series

TITAN 5000 matrix has been specifically formulated with an inhibitor for use in reactive ground conditions. When used in accordance with Industry Codes of Practice and site procedures, TITAN 5000 may be used to minimise the risks associated with blasting in elevated ground temperatures and reactive ground conditions.

TITAN® 9000 Matrix Blend Series

TITAN 9000 matrix is a high performance emulsion specially formulated for use in areas where there is a risk of post blast fume generation. When blended with a functional bulk additive, TITAN 9000xero® is designed to assist with post blast fume management.

TITAN® 7000 Matrix Series

TITAN 7000 matrix is water resistant and formulated to provide excellent up-hole retention. Delivered via a specialised DYNOMINER® this variable density emulsion can be used in development headings and stoping applications.
